Description
We are looking for a preclinical/non-clinical CRO (contract service provider) or academic lab offering an established cellular model (preferrably freshly isolated human monocytes) to analyse the pharmacological modulation of 5-LOX and/or COX-2 product formation. Target molecules are prostaglandins like PGE2 and leukotrienes like LTB4. Preferred analytical method is HPLC or UPLC-MS/MS, however, other suitable methods are also welcome. No GLP required.
