We are searching for a clinical research service provider (CRO) or academic lab who performs cellular (human) based hepatocytes assays (in vitro). On the one hand we want to assess whether our test items (lyophilized plants) increase bile acid secretion. Preferred cell-models are: primary human or rat hepatocytes. On the other hand, we are also interested to perform anti-cholestatic assays to study the effect of our test items (lyophilized plants) on injured human hepatocytes as well as protective assays to study whether our test items protect hepatocytes against drugs that induces cholestasis. All studies can be performed in a non-GMP laboratory. Starting date: Studies should be performed as soon as possible.
