We would like to perform efficacy study in the following models: 1. 4T1: orthotopic cell injection. Tumor growth and metastasis (lung liver) as endpoints. 2. C26: iv cell injection. lung metastasis as endpoints. 3. Lewis Lung (LL2): sc injection and tumor growth as endpoint Could you share with me figs/tables/presentations on these models? disease duration, Standard of care used, tumor growth, number of metastasis? Do you have experience with Alzet pumps as we might have to use them?
