We are a government-owned, contractor-operated facility. We develop and apply advanced technologies to accelerate the delivery of new treatments to patients with cancer and AIDS. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Science Applications International Corporation and operates exclusively under a single, long-term contract to the National Cancer Institute, part of the U.S. National Institutes of Health. Our staff of scientific, technical, and support professionals conducts basic and applied research in cancer and AIDS, and maintains a full suite of advanced technologies in areas such as nanotechnology, genomics, and biomedical imaging.
