We are looking for experienced pharmaceutical partners for the licensing (dossier out-licensing) and/or contract manufacturing of two over-the-counter (OTC) nasal spray products:

• Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.05% + hyaluronic acid

• Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% + hyaluronic acid

• Dosage form: nasal spray (aer. nasal solution), 1×10 ml

• Target markets: European Union (EU), Middle East, selected global territories

• Regulatory pathway: national/MRP/DCP

• Indication: short-term relief of nasal congestion (rhinitis), supportive hydration of nasal mucosa

We are seeking:

• Available ready-to-register dossiers (CTD/eCTD format)
  – ideally with EU registration history or literature-based dossier

• GMP-certified contract manufacturing services
  – for small-scale and mid-scale batches
  – experience with nasal spray filling and device assembly required

• Technical support for variation filings, product adaptation, or rebranding (if needed)
